Dr. Fisher is originally from Emerson, New Jersey. He graduated from Fordham University in 1991 and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. He completed his Family Practice training at St. Clare's Hospital, Schenectady, NY in 1998. Dr. Fisher served in the US Army for six years as a board certified Family Physician before joining New London Family Practice in 2004. While in the service, he deployed with the 82nd Airborne Division as Battalion Surgeon to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom. He uses Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in his practice.
Dr. Rydell is originally from Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Amherst College in 1990 and Brown University Medical School in 1996. She completed her Family Practice training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in 1999, where she was Chief Resident. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Japanese. She is a board certified Family Physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Johnson is originally from Westerly, Rhode Island. He graduated from Yale University in 1976 and Brown University Medical School in 1981. He received his training in Family Medicine at the Northridge, California Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Johnson is a board certified Family Physician and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Allard is originally from Appleton, Wisconsin. She graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1989 and earned her Ph.D. at Brown University in Biology in 1996. She received her M.D. from Brown University in 1997 and completed her Family Practice training at the University of Massachusetts-Worchester in 2000. She worked in northern Massachusetts for three years before joining New London Family Practice in 2003. She is fluent in medical Spanish. Dr. Allard is a board certified Family Physician
